Ancient vs modern Chinese names

I learned a lot of Chinese characters to read old Chinese texts such as 三國志, so I don't actually know much Mandarin at all except how to (poorly) pronounce the characters in Mandarin. Something I was wondering was if the styles of names that were used in the ancient era such as Later Han-Three Kingdoms period would appear out of place today.

There are a lot of one-character names in today's China even if they may be less common than back then. Would names like 田豊 or 張繡 feel just as normal in modern China?

What about some older two-character names like 張世傑 or 陸秀夫 (Song dynasty figures)? Would these appear out of place today?

What are some other differences in ancient vs modern Chinese given names (other than obsolete conventions like style names)?
