Need some help with a book I’m reading

I’m currently reading the Phantom Tollbooth (神奇的收费亭） and came across a phrase that I don’t quite understand ->“有何不可呢？”

I’ve tried looking it up, but then don’t really get what any of the answers online are trying to get at, can someone help me understand?
