Losing my proficiency in chinese! How do i build my fluency back up?

As a child I used to be fluent in chinese and english since i spent equal times in both. As highschool started, i had less time to go back to China and my fluency began to falter until now ( i'm 18) and i've dropped down to a B1 level! I can still hold very basic conversations with people and can understand fine but my writing and reading comprehension is laughable.

I'm in university right now so I can't just pick up and go to China for a year since I really want to finish my degree asap but I also don't want to keep regressing. Is there any way I can go back or close to my native levels of Chinese? I'd be pretty depressed if I lost such a valuable language :(
