Did I get insulted? ”你不好“ [ni bu hao]

I just ran into a situation and I'm trying to understand what was said to me -- in our shared office building there is a chinese woman, and I passed her and she looked right at me and said "你不好“ （Ni bu hao） and then kept walking by me. She does not know I speak (very little) chinese.

Something felt off about it - felt insulting... researching a direct translation "You are no good" and I've also seen some colloquial translations as "you suck" online - but before I assumed the worst, thought I'd ask for some input on what was said to me.
