What's the most complicated traditional character that people are generally able to recognize?

For simplified characters, it seems to be 饕, but I guess there are more complicated 繁體字 that aren't too rare. I wouldn't count biáng, since that seems more like a marketing gag. I'm assuming something that's readable by the average university graduate.
