I just found a gold mine of a listening practice resource

http://phonemica.net/

OK, I don't know where to begin. The above website is beyond amazing. This site (or rather, this business) aims to preserve Chinese dialects (and world languages in general) by having people from all over China submit their own recordings, whether they tell a story, a joke, or say whatever. Most of the audio recordings come with a script in Chinese. This is amazing for two reasons: 1) it preserves dialects, and 2) it's good listening practice for foreigners learning Chinese.

Click on map, choose region, choose dialect, or 官话 from a certain region, click on audio... it comes with script. Adjust your listening bandwidth by training in 普通话 or somewhat close to 普通话 from other regions, or learn about different dialects... keeps a good record of dialects for the ages to come as well. Amazing site.
