Anyone know what 一寸长一寸强 means?

I was recently watched a TV show on Netflix (not worth watching tbh) and in it this phrase was mentioned.

The context was a male lead was able to get the last packet of chocolate off a supermarket shelf that a female lead couldn't reach and she was upset by this. The male lead was being rude to her and said that sentence to her.

Has anyone come across it before? I've searched on Baidu to look for explanations but they're coming across somewhat convoluted, which is frustrating because they also appear to be somewhat interesting too.
