I've taken Chinese in high school for 4 years and I'm at about HSK3 level, I want to continue learning the language but the study methods I've been using don't seem to help me retain any information, are there any tips or resources to help with self study at my level?

This is more a question about what you're study habits are that I can pick up. I've been trying to revisit my study sites each day, but I can't get myself to retain my information, am I missing something/doing the wrong thing/etc?
