How would you use 暖男 in a conversation?

I just learned 暖男 and I feel like I'm missing something. Usage of very specific words like this tend to have a cultural bias in what context you use them in, so that if you use them outside the normal context, you might sound weird. Does anybody have experience with this word that can fill me in please? Thanks!
