How to ask “what is the difference between this word and this word?”

Straight from a Translator but my example is

喜欢和喜欢之间有什么区别？ Xǐhuān hé xǐhuān zhī jiān yǒu shé me qūbié?

I want to ask someone in mandarin, “What is the difference between yao and Xiang?”
