How do I practice speech and listening?

I know there are videos for listening but I don't want to know what they are saying beforehand and I won't know everything they are saying if I don't select a certain video but that brings us back to the beginning. And the voices on softwares are just not working for me. Maybe there are people or a community that specifically does this?
