Has anyone used CUCAS or a similar online university application broker?

Hi all, looking for some advice and hoping someone here will have some experience. I'm planning to apply to the spring semester short term Chinese language programme at 北外 BFSU, starting in February 2019. I was originally going to apply directly through their site, but it went down last week and hasn't come back online yet, and I think the application will be opening soon (the site said mid-October before it disappeared). Assuming it doesn't reappear in the next week or so, I'll be looking at using a broker such as CUCAS, but I'm not sure if they're legit. Has anyone got any experience with this type of service? Do they actually do everything they claim to (application pack delivered in five days, money transfer for fee payment, accomadation booking etc)? Are they terribly inefficient? Is it, in fact, all a huge scam and they just take the £100 upfront fee and ghost? Any information would be very much appreciated!
