Simple Mandarin Question: How many buns?

I learned that 多少 is used for numbers expected to be above about 10. Longer numerical answers. And that 几 is used for below 10.

So how would I ask how many buns come from an order of the menu?

几号包？ I am not sure if 号 only really applies to dates. 几包？ 多少包？

Translate (I Know) suggests 多少包子

While in Hong Kong, they were called Bao. But on translators for mandarin (so not Cantonese) its baozi 包子。

So, which is how many buns in mandarin?
