How to learn Chinese fast?

Hi, I’m Chinese and know like a basic level just from speaking here and there around the house.

However, I’m not fluent at all. Like I can’t hold a conversation but I can understand some colloquial phrases and some common vocabulary.

I can’t read or write at all either.

I’m not really interested in reading and writing, but I understand that that’s part of learning to speak it.

Where do I start? What’s the best program?
