Can invest 1 year full-time in learning Chinese: Rosetta Stone or Rocket Language (Online course suggestion please)

I'm taking time off from work and I can incest 1 year full-time to learn Chinese, My goal is to be able to have a conversation in Chinese so I can connect with people.

I came across Rosetta Stone and Rocket Language. Has anyone tried these online courses? Would love to hear your suggestions. Thank you!
