Anyone do their Hanzi practice mostly on a tablet? If so which one?

I travel a lot and managing a textbook, notepad, and phone all in front of me at once when I am practicing my Hanzi can be annoying.

I was looking at picking up a tablet to take this job for me. Any recommendations on which one would serve me best? Does anyone do the majority of their studies on a tablet?
