Simplified PDF to traditional?

Hello,

I have a pdf in simplified character and I want to turn it into traditional character. I searched on the web but found nothing that could that, (except google translate but it turns out very bad).

The only thing I could do was convert from pdf to word, then translate then from word to pdf. But this ways screws up the page layout.

Any idea how could do that? Thank you;
