Is there a way to distinguish between an inclusive or and an exclusive or?

I know the title is poorly-worded, but what I mean is that, say in the sentence:

- Do you work at the hospital or the school?

You have two possible interpretations:

A) The options for the receiver is that they either work at the hospital or the school.

B) The options for the receiver is that they either work at either location, or somewhere else.

Is there a way to distinguish this in Mandarin Chinese, or would a sentence like:

- 你在醫院或學校工作嗎? (你在医院或学校工作吗?)

function as either?

Cheers for any clarification, I've probably over complicated the living daylights out of this. :)

Edit: Added simplified characters.
