Stream Chinese Series in Germany

Hey, I've got a problem. I want to stream some Chinese series in Germany, but I get an Error message when i try to stream....... I've been searching for a solution and it should be another VPN?!

Do you have any suggestions for a VPN that allows you to stream from Germany?
