Is there a physical dictionary with pinyin, traditional characters, and both English/Chinese definitions?

I know this is an odd request and probably a long shot but I'm crossing my fingers that someone here has a suggestion.

If this wasn't already asking for too much in one volume I was hoping to find one tailored more to Taiwan Mandarin or at least included Taiwan variations where appropriate(bonus points if it also has ZhuYin).

I really appreciate any help!
