I can read Simplified fairly well, but now I need to study Traditional. What's the best way to go about it?

I studied Chinese on my own for years while I was living in China. I can speak decently and read Simplified much better than I can speak. However, I'll be moving to Taiwan soon, and want to learn Traditional characters. I realize that I should have studied them both together. Anyone else in a similar situation found any helpful methods?
