How do I pronounce 'r' in Mandarin?

I've been learning on Lingodeer for about a month and I'm still not sure how I should be pronouncing 'r'. Lingodeer gives pronunciation in audio, but I'm not sure how I should be saying it in terms of mouth/tongue position. I've tried to replicate the sound but I don't know if I'm doing it right.
