How is this called in chinese?

Hello everybody.

Can someone tell me how do you call this kind of lottery ticket in chinese? The kind where you have to scratch the silver part away and see if you won. In italian its called "gratta e vinci". (And if somebody knows how do you call it in english, its a bonus). :)
