Has anyone had any experience with studying Chinese in Singapore?

I'm planning on teaching English and studying Chinese in either China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong, but recently I've been considering other places. I'm hoping to study in a place that has a high percentage of Chinese speakers so I can get some everyday practice in, and hopefully have a more immersive experience. Should I consider adding Singapore to this list?
