Advice on commissioning calligraphy for a tattoo?

Hi! I'm looking to commission a piece of digital calligraphy for a tattoo I want to get. It would be a single Mandarin character.

I've looked on sites like Fiverr and Etsy, but I'd appreciate more insight before I go and spend $10 on something I'll potentially have on my body for the rest of my life. I'd love to know about potential people to commission from, even one of the community members here (if you have a portfolio I can look at.)

(Also: I know it can be a touchy subject, so, yes, I know very well what the character means. I'm ethnically Chinese, and it's part of my Mandarin name.)

Any advice hugely appreciated!
