Brushing up on Chinese

I'm a semi-native Chinese speaker; grew up in a Chinese household, went to Chinese school and the like, etc., but I've fallen out of practice and I'm currently trying to brush up on some of the things I've forgotten over the past few years (mostly some more complicated characters and phrases). Are there any good resources for doing something like that, i.e. reviewing some more advanced characters and word phrases and/or brushing up on the language for someone who used to be semi-fluent?
