Is 'stumble' 跌倒 or 跌到?

What I mean by stumble is when you walk and suddenly your leg is blocked by a low object that you fail to see and finally you fall as a result.

Both 跌倒 and 跌到 means 'fall' on Google Translate but what's the difference?
